There was advances in the field of double eye lid surgery, in the use of the single suture technique for creating the double eye lid in asian without the use of cutting/surgery ( single suture blepharoplasty), raising the nose bridge to increase the nose profile resulting in a sharper and more defined nose and the use of implants to increase the size of the breasts in women (nose and breast augmentation). Topics in fat transfer, liposuction, liposelection for body and face shaping, slimming, stretch mark cellulite reduction and pigment reduction. Thread lifts and filler implant were dealt in detail.

Internal Ultrasound-assisted Liposuction (Liposelection)

Reviewed one of my patients today. She has undergone internal ultrasound-assisted Lipo-selection cum liposuction treatment at the end of February this year. Prior to treatment by me, her waist line at the umbilical level was 34.5 inches. Three months after treatment, it has shrunk to 28.5 inches. She was very pleased with the results. I hope to get her permission to enable me to post the photographs of her abdomen in my blog soon. The minimal invasive liposuction was done under local anaesthesia without any sedation. She wanted to drive home after the procedure. All-in-all, it took only two and the half hours from the start to finish of the procedure. She wore an abdominal binder for the next three months after the surgery and has just started monopolar radiofrequency treatment for her post-liposuction abdominal wall laxity. There was minimal pain and bruising in the week that followed. She is doing very well now and was able to fit into her tight blue jeans which she used to wear as a girl.

Mussel Bay scallop with white wine lemon-tinged sphagetti
Spring mixed salad with Balsamic vinegrette dressing
Grilled juicy squids

These are photos of his creations. I wish for a coffee-maker but similiar models on sale in Malaysia are too expensive RM1800-3000 for an office model. He bought one in US for USD80.
It has the following 3 essential parts:
A tamper (to compact the freshly grinded coffee powder)
A portafilter
A steamer
Make 2 shots at a time.
Anybody knows where can I get one at a similiar price?
DeLonghi sells for RM1800 at Court Mammoth, Cheras
This is the testimonial that I wrote for my ex-student. He is pursuing post-graduate training in Hartford, Connecticut, The United States of America. He is also a good cook. Learned to cook just under a year in the USA. Will upload photos of his creations soon.

"""""Dear Program Director,

Letter of Recommendation for SB Lim

I am pleased to refer SB Lim, a graduate of the International Medical University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery undergraduate degree to your esteemed institution for further postgraduate training.

I have been the family physician to SB Lim and his family since he was ten years old. Throughout the years, I have seen him developed from an enthusiastic and caring boy into a fine young man with a keen attitude towards hard work. He also possesses an inquisitive mind and shows adaptability and fortitude in facing challenges and obstacles.

As a physician involved in the undergraduate training program for his medical school, I have been both his tutor and mentor throughout his medical training. During this period, he has exhibit patience and an unfailing capability to learn from fellow students, doctors and senior members of our medical establishment. Being both humble and honest, he is not only quick in admitting gaps in his knowledge but also in searching for the best answers. His affable personality makes him a person well-liked by both his colleagues and superiors.

Given the opportunity and his positive attitude towards vigorous study and training, I feel that he will do well in the undertaking of post-graduate training, either in a research or clinical setting, having taken into account the versatility and flexibility inherent in his character.
